What it is
ALIGN takes the plan you have, or the one sitting in front of you, and reads it back clause by clause in ordinary words, holidays and exchanges and right of first refusal and decision-making and notice, in the order they appear rather than as a summary of the gist. Then it marks every line that can honestly be read two ways, because those lines aren't a drafting accident, they're where the next five years of arguments are already sitting.
