Terms of Use and Sale
Effective August 7, 2026. Signals & Structure is a brand of Arrow Media Mavens LLC d/b/a Signals & Structure, a Florida limited liability company. I've tried to write these in plain English, because you've probably read enough documents lately that were written to be hard to read.
What you're buying
Signals & Structure provides educational frameworks, organizational structure, and decision-support tools for people going through family law matters. I don't provide legal advice, don't interpret the law, don't determine truth, and don't guarantee any outcome. Nothing on this site or in any product creates an attorney-client relationship. Please verify rules, deadlines, and citations against official sources, and talk to a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction about your own situation.
Your AI, your documents
These products are guides, templates, workbooks, and prompts that you run in your own AI tools and your own accounts, which means I never take custody of your case files. AI tools can also get things wrong, including citations that look completely real and aren't, so anything that matters needs to be checked against your original documents and official sources before you rely on it.
License
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license for your own matter and household. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the materials, and you may not use them to provide services to other people without a separate written agreement.

Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically after checkout. If your download hasn't arrived within an hour, email me at carrie@coparentcommandcenter.com and I'll send it again.
Refunds
Because everything here is digital and delivered instantly, sales are final, with two exceptions I stand behind.
If something doesn't work the way I said it would, get in touch within 10 days of buying it and I'll fix it, replace it, or make it right, up to and including a refund.
If ALIGN's plain-language breakdown doesn't make your own plan clearer to you, tell me within 10 days and I'll refund it in full.

No outcomes, no warranties
Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. I don't promise any legal, financial, or personal outcome, and my total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to what you paid for that product.
Safety
Please contact local emergency services. These tools aren't a crisis service and they were never meant to stand between you and help.
Not therapy
These products aren't therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and they're not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you need that kind of support, please go get it, and let the paperwork wait.
Changes

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
