Privacy Policy

Effective August 7, 2026.

The short version. We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you asked for, we never take custody of your case documents, and we never sell your information.

What we collect. When you buy a product: your name, email, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our checkout provider (Stan) and its payment processors and never touch our systems. When you join the free 7-Day Case Clarity Challenge or our email list: your name and email. Our website uses standard analytics that show us page visits in aggregate.

What we never collect. Your case files, your messages, your evidence, your documents. Signals & Structure products run in your own AI accounts and your own storage. Your records stay yours, on your systems. We do not want custody of them, by design.

How we use it. To deliver purchases, send the emails you signed up for, respond to support requests, and understand how the site is used. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers who make the site run: our website host (Squarespace) and our checkout and delivery platform (Stan). Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

One Given™. Donated licenses are distributed through partner organizations. We never collect or store any information about recipients.

Your choices. Email carriecbailey@gmail.com to unsubscribe, correct, or delete your information, and we will honor it. California and other state residents may have additional rights under their state's law; email us and we will respond as those laws require.

Children. Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
