Partner Program · Founding circle, ten places

Give your people 15% off. Keep 30% for your first three months.

The families you work with already trust you, and what most of them are missing is a way to stay organized between sessions.

Signals & Structure partners share one code. Their audience saves 15% on any tool. You earn 30% of what they spend for your first three months, then 20% for as long as you keep sharing. You are giving something away, not selling something.

15%

Off for the person you send. Your own code, chosen by you at sign-up.

30%

To you for three months from approval, then 20% with no end date.

Founding partners get the whole suite free, the Back in Court Kit at $799, so nobody has to recommend something they haven't used themselves. There are ten founding places, and I read every application myself, usually within two business days.

Do I need a big audience?
No. This works just as well handed to one client at the end of a session as it does posted to fifty thousand people. There is no minimum and no posting quota.
Am I giving advice by recommending this?
No, and the rules below are written to keep it that way. These are educational and organizational tools, never legal advice, and the kit gives you the exact wording to use.

Apply to partner

The application is six short fields, and there's no audience minimum and no contract to negotiate.

Please fill in the required fields.

15% off with

Letters and numbers only. This is what your people type at checkout, and it is how we credit you.

Attorneys, mediators, GALs, parenting coordinators, therapists and paralegals have their own page, because a recommendation inside a professional relationship shouldn't have a price on it.

I agree to the three partner rules: describe the tools accurately as educational and organizational, never promise an outcome, and disclose that I earn a commission every time I share.

We reply by email with your link, your code and the promo kit. Nothing is charged and nothing is published without you.

Carrie reads every one of these herself, usually within two business days.

If it is a fit, the next email carries your tracked link, your code, complimentary access so you can look before you talk, and the promo kit.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are selling.

The whole program is built so that a coach with fifteen minutes and no marketing background can run it well.

  1. 1

    Apply and get approved

It's just the six fields above, and I check that you actually serve separating families, because the people buying these tools are usually having the worst year of their life and the recommendation has to be real.

  2. 2

Get your code, your link and the kit

Your code is the one you picked. Your link is tracked, so you are credited even when somebody forgets the code. The kit gives you captions, emails, a script and the images, already written to the rules.

  3. 3

    Share it, and get paid

You can post it, send it or hand it to one client at a time. Commission is calculated on what the buyer actually paid and paid out on the storefront's regular schedule, so there's nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.

The point is not to close a sale. It is to hand somebody a way through the week.

What you earn

One rate, with a head start for the first ten.

Commission is calculated on the amount the buyer actually pays, after your 15% comes off. Every figure below already has that subtracted, so what you see is what lands.

Founding circle · ten places

30%

Your first three months

The whole suite free the day you are approved, the Back in Court Kit at $799. Thirty percent for three months, featured founding status, and a direct line to the founder on what gets built next. The circle is ten people so the feedback stays real.

Standing rate · month four onward

20%

Where every partner lands

You keep the same code, link and kit, and your audience keeps the same 15% off, with no end date and no quota, and it's also the rate for anyone approved after the founding circle fills.

Tool List They pay First 3 months, 30% After that, 20%
ALIGN™, your parenting plan, decoded $149 $126.65 $38.00 $25.33
Before You Sign Kit $199 $169.15 $50.75 $33.83
After the Order Kit $379 $322.15 $96.65 $64.43
Back in Court Kit $799 $679.15 $203.75 $135.83

Credit window

Thirty days from the click. Your code has no expiry, so a person who saves your post and buys in March is still yours.

Payouts

Handled through the storefront on its regular schedule, once a sale clears the 14-day refund window, so you never have to send an invoice.

Your own copy

Founding partners get the whole suite free, the Back in Court Kit at $799. Nobody should recommend a tool they have not opened.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after the 15% code, not on the list price, and is payable once the 14-day refund window has passed. The 30% founding rate runs for three months from your approval date and then becomes the standing 20%; complimentary tool access is yours to keep either way. Rates, the credit window and payout timing are set at approval and can change with thirty days' notice; the partner terms you accept at onboarding are the controlling document.

What arrives with your link

Everything is written for you, and written to the rules.

The fastest way to get a partner in trouble is to hand them a link and leave them to improvise, so I'd rather give you everything you need up front.

  • 1

    Ten captions, ready to post

Sized for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, each one built around a moment your audience recognizes rather than a feature list.

  • 2

Three emails you can send as they are

One introduction, one story, one plain offer. Swap your name in and send. Your code is already in the copy.

  • 3

    A sixty-second script

For a reel, a story or the top of a podcast episode. Written so it still sounds like you when you say it out loud.

  • 4

    Images and product tiles

Tiles for every tool, plus the cost-of-waiting graphic, sized for feed, story and email.

  • 5

The language rules, on one page

Exactly what you may say and what you may never say, with approved wording you can copy. This is the piece that protects you.

Free access, a code, a link, and the words. If you want to start tonight, you can.

The three rules

We sell trust to people in a hard year. So the rules are short and they are not optional.

Every partner accepts these three before a link is issued. They exist to protect the person reading your post, and to protect you.

  1. Describe it accurately

These are educational and organizational tools. They are not legal advice, and this is not a law firm. Use that language whenever you describe them. The kit gives you the exact wording.

  2. Never promise an outcome

No claims about custody results, rulings, settlements or what a judge will do. The tools help a person understand and organize their own situation. That is the whole promise, and it is enough.

  3. Disclose that you earn

The FTC requires a clear disclosure, on the same screen and before the link. Something simple works fine, like "I'm a Signals & Structure partner and I earn a commission," on every post and every email.

What we promise you back: we will never ask you to post on a schedule, we will never pressure your audience, and if you decide these tools are not right for the people you serve, you can stop at any time and keep the access we gave you.

Who this is for
