Signals & Structure™ · Clarity under conflict

You are already documenting. No one has told you what counts.

Volume is not a record. The difference is method.

Plain-English tools built around how a reader who was not there actually takes in what you hand them. So you can stop saving everything, stop second-guessing yourself, and spend less of your life on this.

Educational and organizational tools, not legal advice. Your documents stay yours. Nothing hosted, nothing pooled.

Start here

Which of these did you say out loud this week?

Everyone arrives at a different point in this. What you need depends less on how bad it feels and more on where you actually are in the process.

Nothing gets uploaded to us

Your screenshots, your texts, your plan: they stay in your own accounts, on your own devices. Nothing is hosted here, pooled with anyone else's, or sold. We do not want custody of it.

Nothing happens without you

These are tools you operate, not a service acting on your behalf. Nothing is sent, deleted or shared. Every conclusion in your file is one you reached, and you can point to what it came from.

Starting small costs you nothing

Every tier includes everything below it. Beginning at $39 and moving up in six months never means buying the same thing twice.

What no one explains

You are not behind. You were never given the method.

No one has a box of files. You have a camera roll with three years of screenshots in it, sitting between the school pictures. Texts. An inbox you would rather not open. An app that exports something you have never once opened. And a long list of things you remember perfectly and never wrote down anywhere.

None of it is organized, because none of it arrived organized. It accumulated one screenshot at a time, late at night, in the gaps between everything else you were responsible for.

You are not under-documenting. Most people in this situation are documenting constantly. What is missing is not effort. It is the method that turns all of that into a record another person can actually use.

Three things no one explains up front.

  • 1Almost none of it is read. No one sits down with three years of messages. Not a judge, not a mediator, not your own attorney at their hourly rate. What gets used is whatever a reader can follow quickly.
  • 2Most of the fight is not about what happened. It is about what it meant. A single message reads as reasonable or as a threat depending entirely on the twelve that came before it, and those twelve are the part you did not screenshot.
  • 3The pattern is obvious to you and invisible on paper. Which is exactly why describing it aloud makes you sound as though you are exaggerating, even to the people on your side.

All three are the same weapon. Ambiguity. A clause that can be read two ways. A message that means nothing on its own. A pattern that does not exist until someone counts it. High conflict runs on that gap, deliberately, and the person who cannot close it spends years arguing inside it.

Structure is the answer to ambiguity. That is the whole name, and it is the whole product.

ALIGN™ finds the ambiguity in your plan before the other parent does. SAGE™ turns months of messages into dates and quotes rather than impressions. SENTINEL™ keeps the record current so the work does not fall to you at midnight. LEDGER™ does the same for the money. The Command Center™ holds all of it in one place.

The point is not to win an argument. It is to spend less of your life having it.

And you will be in more than one of these

This is not a moment. It is a decade.

Almost no one arrives at the first of these and leaves after the second. The plan you sign this spring is the plan you are still living inside when your child is in high school.

  • 1

"Nothing is filed yet. I am just starting to save things."

You need to keep a record properly, and quietly, without announcing to anyone that you are keeping one. Most people at this stage save everything, because no one has told them what actually matters.

    Foundations
  • 2

"We filed, and now they want everything at once."

Disclosure and the financial affidavit land on a deadline, and what they are asking for is spread across your phone, your email, two apps and a shoebox of receipts.

    Foundations + SAGE™
  • 3

    "Mediation is in two weeks."

What you need here is not a pile of proof. It is a clear head about what you are being asked to agree to, in every season, for years, and a short list of what you actually want changed.

    ALIGN™
  • 4

    "It did not settle."

Now the same information has to hold together in an order a third party can follow, while that person is questioning it. That is a different job than saving screenshots.

    Command Center™
  • 5

"It has been signed for two years and he still does not follow it."

The case is over. The co-parenting is not. What you need now is small and repeatable: which paragraph got broken, on what date, and what you have that shows it.

    SAGE™ + SENTINEL™
  • 6

    "Something changed."

A move, a new school, a new job, a new partner. You are back near the beginning, except this time you already have the record, and that is the entire difference.

    ALIGN™

Most people buy at one stage and are still using it three stages later. That is not an upsell. It is what the system is designed to do.

Why waiting costs more

You cannot go back and save it later.

This is not about what might happen to you in a courtroom. It is about four ordinary things that are quietly happening to what you already have, right now, while you are busy living through it.

  • Your co-parenting app was built to carry messages, not to make sense of them. A certified export proves a message was sent. It does not show what that message was part of, and no one reads the whole export.
  • Those apps also delete old messages on a schedule. What you can still scroll back to today is not necessarily there in two years.
  • A screenshot is a picture of a message, not the message. Once it is in your camera roll, the date it carries is the day you took it, not the day it was sent.
  • What you remember grows vaguer in one direction only. "He was awful all spring" is what a year later sounds like. It is not what you would have written down in March.
  • The week you finally need all of this is the week you have the least time to assemble it.

The record you did not keep is the one you cannot go back and make.

The math no one shows you

The cost of waiting.

Most of a family law bill is not legal expertise. It is reading, sorting and organizing, which is the part that can be done before anyone is billing for it.

$10,000 to $25,000+

Every bar above is drawn on the same scale, topping out at $8,000. The lower bar in each pair is given a minimum width so that it stays visible; at true scale, several of them would not be.

Ranges are national United States figures reported for 2026 and vary widely by state, county and individual case. Family law rates are commonly reported between $200 and $500 an hour, with retainers of $2,000 to $5,000. None of this is a quote, an estimate for your matter, or legal advice. The attorney still matters. What changes is how much of their clock is spent on organizing you could have done first.

The tools

Four of them. Each one does a plain job.

The price is the part you decide. The other number is the one shown above: what the same work costs once someone else is billing for it.

Foundations Course™

$39

Learn what counts, so you can stop saving everything.

You are already doing the work. You save all of it, because no one has told you what will matter later. That is exhausting, and it makes the pile worse every week. Foundations teaches you what to keep and what to let go: the Signals vs. Noise Matrix™ for deciding, the Evidence Anchor System™ for saving it so it still means something a year from now, and the Calm Response Protocol™ and Strategic Silence Principle™ for the nights when answering costs more than staying quiet.

One hour now, rather than three more years of saving the wrong things.

Your plan

ALIGN™

$99

Find the ambiguity in your plan before the other parent does.

You have read it forty times and you are still not certain whether the other parent is permitted to do that. ALIGN reads it back to you clause by clause in plain English: holidays, exchanges, right of first refusal, decision-making, notice. Then it flags every line that can honestly be read two ways, because those lines are not a drafting accident. They are where the next five years of arguments are already sitting, waiting. It also shows you where your own county's rules and forms live, so none of it is a black box.

A sentence that says nothing costs nothing to fix before you sign it. Afterward, fixing it means a motion, a hearing, and everything around them.

Your messages

SAGE™

$299

Turn three years of messages into a record a third party can follow in ten minutes.

The gaslighting off switch. Thousands of texts and screenshots and no way through them. SAGE runs them through the same structure every time with Pattern Mapping™, so what you have been carrying in your head becomes dates and quotes a third party can verify in the few minutes they will actually give it. Every item gets labelled Direct Evidence, Allegation, Inference, Opinion or Procedural Posture, so your record never claims more than it can hold. Then plain prompts for what to do next: respond, document, clarify, or step back. Includes ALIGN™.

"He does this constantly" is how it feels. "Six messages in forty-six minutes on the fourteenth" is something anyone can check.

All of it, one place

The Co‑Parent Command Center™

$799

Everything in one place, so you are not sending your attorney forty screenshots at midnight.

Everything above, plus LEDGER™ for the money no one wrote down: the co-pay, the cleats, half of the deposit. SENTINEL™, so the record continues to build while you are living your life rather than logging it. And the CONVERGENCE™ Dashboard, where the documents, the messages, the money and the timeline all sit in one view. The hand-off to your attorney is built in, because that is the moment this either saves you money or does not.

Your attorney's time is better spent on the law than on reviewing your camera roll.

See what's inside

Every tier includes everything below it, so starting lower never costs you anything except time, and moving up later never means paying twice for the same thing. And if you already have an attorney, none of this is instead of them. It is so the hours you are already paying for go to the part only they can do, rather than to reading your phone.

Who this is for

72%

of domestic relations cases had at least one self-represented party.

"I built the thing I could not buy."

I spent twenty years building brands and running marketing teams. Nothing in that career prepared me for sitting in a courtroom and hearing my own life described by someone else, confidently, fluently, and wrong.

The truth was never missing. It was scattered. Any single message could be explained away. All of them together could not. So I taught myself to build the record the way a forensic team would: quote it exactly, date it, cite it, and never editorialize.

Signals & Structure is an educational and organizational system. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not predict outcomes. It organizes what you document. It does not determine relevance, truth, admissibility, or any result. For decisions about what to file or how to argue, consult a licensed attorney.

Signals & Structure gives people facing coparenting & family law what I wish I'd had: a calm, plain-language way to understand your own agreements, organize your case, and walk into every room prepared instead of overwhelmed.

We don't give legal advice or argue your case. We turn chaos into structure, so clarity, not volume, decides what happens next.

The Co-Parent Command Center™

The Co-Parent Command Center™ is five connected tools built on one idea: clarity reduces conflict. Understand your agreements. Separate signal from noise. Build a steady record. Track what’s owed. See it all in one place. One framework. Five tools. Each solves a different piece of the same problem.

Signals & Structure Foundations Course

ALIGN™ — Understand: Your parenting plan was written for a courtroom. ALIGN translates it for real life — clause by clause, in plain English, with the gray areas flagged and neutral language for you to work through things collaboratively before they become conflict.

SAGE™ — Clarify: When the messages and emails and receipts start to pile up it can be overwhelming to manage. When the heat turns up or there is a disagreement every message starts to feel like a crisis, SAGE separates what matters from what’s just loud, builds your CONVERGENCE™ Dashboard, the dashboard that ties it together. A full case overview, a unified timeline, with pattern and deadline tracking — the complete picture in one view. If tension does begin to rise it surfaces the pattern behind the incidents, and helps you organize your next step, with your plan and your jurisdiction's official rules within reach.

Structure reveals the signal.

Clarity in. Conflict out.
