One skill a day, for a week, and then you'll know if the rest of this is for you.
These are the seven things I had to work out the hard way, and by the end of the week you'll have a repeatable way to handle the next hard thing whether or not you ever buy anything.

What the week covers
The one habit underneath everything else, which is asking whether a message is a signal or just loud. You'll sort one real message and see the difference immediately.
Give every item a category, communication, financial, custodial, court, school, medical or safety, because naming things is most of what makes the pile stop feeling like a pile.
Put your events in dated order. What happened and when is something another person can follow, and a description of how it felt is not.
Connect each event to the thing it came from, so that a year later you can still show where it came from instead of relying on your memory of it.
Rewrite one reactive message using the four-move Calm Response Protocol, for the nights when the first draft is the one you'd regret.
Decide what not to respond to, because not every message earns a reply and answering is often the most expensive thing you can do that night.
Bring it all into one workbook, which is where the pile finally turns into a picture you can hand somebody.
Why it's free
I went through a high-conflict case with thousands of emails and hundreds of docket entries, paying by the hour for somebody to organize what I could have organized myself if I'd had a system. The method is the part that actually changes things, and it shouldn't sit behind a paywall, so the first week of it doesn't.
If it helps, Foundations at $39 is the whole method with the prompt library, and that's the natural next step. If it doesn't, you've spent a week of short emails and nothing else.
Nothing except an email address, and about ten minutes a day. If you want to try the prompts as you go, any AI assistant you already have works, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot.

The 7-Day Challenge is educational. It isn't legal advice, doesn't predict outcomes, and doesn't replace a licensed attorney. Attorneys advise and courts decide. © 2026 Arrow Media Mavens LLC d/b/a Signals & Structure.
